Issue Summary
The photo info block is located on the right side block of the theme. It overlaps the page by either running over the image or cuts off into the side of the page. Is there anyway to fix this problem. In the photo info block itself there is a previous and a next with a image in the middle. Is there a way to remove that image icon and just leave the previos and next icon alone?

I had the same problem with a theme using static column widths. Go to the "thumbs" section in the admin for the module and try setting the size of image to 400x400 (for example) and set to "scale and crop." Whether your picture is landscape or portrait the longest side of the image will be limited to 400 max. If 400 still bleeds into the sidebar, try 380...360..340 and so forth until you get it to look right.
