Remove links to authors in emails

Hi,

Apologies if this is a Mimemail question (I guess you get that a lot), but thought I'd try here first.

I've set up a newsletter using node reference fields, with the field display set to teasers. It works nicely, except in the emails the authors names are linked to the user profiles, whereas they don't have links on the site itself (apart from admin roles of course).

Consequently, when most email recipients click on the author names in emails, they go to the Access Denied page. However, I want to remove the author links in the emails while still keeping the authors' names. Any idea how?
