#962294 - Fix urls for multilingual sites with language prefixes.
#951530 - Document how to translate the link and text. For D7, implementing hook_variable_info().
#1432198 - Implement hook_help().
#1432140 - Implement hook_uninstall() and hook_install() for clean uninstallation.
