My web host is complaining to me that the image.php script from this module is taking up too much cpu usage. I assume because it's changing all the images to the correct sizes and making all the thumbnails. They disabled the script from running.

I would like to be able to resize all the images to the correct sizes and make all the thumbnails myself and then upload them so that the server doesn't have to do it. Is there a way I can do this?
