First testscripts committed to HEAD

This is a heads up for those who want to write test scripts for Simplenews. I have just committed the first test scripts and a test helpermodule to HEAD.

Patches are very welcome! If you need assistance for strategie (what kind of tests to write), I am more than happy to help. You also will find some suggestions in simplenews.test file.
