When users are browsing through questions to evaluate including them in a quiz or qcollection, it is helpful to see what is stored as the right answer in the question.

The 'choice' and 'multichoice' modules do this now and I'm about to commit this to short_answer too. I'm making this ticket to track adding it to the other modules, and to discuss having a common system for any question type. E.g. should we have the styles in quiz.css, or a CSS of the quiz_question module? Right now each module handles it on its own, but it would make sense that someone would want to theme them all the same way. Should we have a "right answer" themer?
