OG_VISIBLE_CHOOSE problem

Only the admin user with UID 1 was seeing the option to make a new node public or private when this was turned on in administer>settings>og. Around lines 1040-1060 there are references to the constant OG_VISIBLE_CHOOSE when evaluating this choice. However, there is no such constant. There are two others: OG_VISIBLE_CHOOSE_PUBLIC and OG_VISIBLE_CHOOSE_PRIVATE.
