D6 bootstrap.inc now expects REMOTE_ADDR to be defined. Our CLI scripts that setup their own variables and bootstrap should define this to the loopback IP (127.0.0.1) to avoid notices. Trivial change, I'm not even going to post a patch for this, but I wanted to open an issue about it.
