I've made several changes to the Content Types yet no change is reflected when I go to add a new node, the selection available there is from a week ago! It's related in part, perhaps to issue #409598: Content type descriptions at node/add aren't updated but not sure what steps I should take to resolve. I've got the cron jobs running each night, I can't locate any sort of refresh option to force the Add Node section to refresh its list (i've also tried several different browsers in case it was a cache thing).
Any help at all would be appreciated, I've included screenshots of Content Add and Content Types below.

BravoGolf commentedThanks Time for the reply but unfortunately I'm still having the same issue in that when I go to Add Content there are content types, and descriptions, that simply don't exist. Content Type and Content Add just don't match each other :(

dpearcefl commentedIs this issue still occurring in the current version of Drupal v6?
