Currently image resizing is handled by APK, AF, and the block. This is alot of code duplication. I've removed the code from APK and will be removing it from AF and will centralize the code in AP.

More work on this tonight, including updating the Panels content type. Seems to be pretty solid. Still needs to be documented.
