This bug report have been taken from Permission suggestion issue.

Always a checkbox appears in the "Use grade percentages" (also when viewing the node). Also, some help about this feature will be appreciated.

Something don't work as it should with checkbox and disabled property when you view a node.
Changed type => checkbox and #disabled => true by a html checkbox generated into a type => markup, and problem fixed.
