Support for Flickr Collections

Thanks for this module. When someone has the time, I would appreciate support for Flickr Collections.

For my particular use case, I need Collections functionality in the flickr_field sub-module. Collections could work just like the current Sets work -- specify a 'collections' item type and specify the id of the collection to be referenced. The display output would be the mosaic for the Collection.

But this could also be extended to the flickr_filter sub-module. Because Collections can contain nested elements (sets and other collections), they can be more complex than Sets. For the flickr_filter sub-module the input could be similar to the existing format [flickr-collection:id=72157594857415447,size=m] and the display output could be the first level of items - either the thumbnail for Sets or the mosaic for Collections.
