This option don't work. I always see 10 moderated posts per page.

P.S. Could you please tell me how I can approve 1000 nodes at once?

This bug was already fixed in http://drupal.org/node/450142

This module doesn't support such a mass approval option at the moment - likely will cause PHP memory issues if you try.
