I have TinyMCE is working fine. But when I create or edit custom content panes, the editor doesn't show up, just Title the Body fields but not the editor's toolbar... the option to change the input format appears as well, but no one works...

There is something that I can change or do to make the editor works???

This is a tough one to do anything about within the panels code - you might take a look at http://drupal.org/node/235764 and see if has something that can help.
