Allow once-per-day voting

Description
I'd like to be able to have polls where authorized users could vote once per day. It would be really good if that were possible, but it seems that none of the Drupal polling modules allow more than one vote per user. I see a cookies-based approach has been discussed before...any chance this is going to be added to the mix?
