You can obtain the latest Drupal release from http://drupal.org/.

Shouldn't that point to http://drupal.org/project or http://drupal.org/project/drupal ?

I changed the link as suggested.
This makes sense because the link for the translations is reported to be http://drupal.org/project/translations, and the link to the front page is too generic (especially because the book page is hosted on drupal.org, not a different domain).
