Looking for partner for project

We are in the process of launching a new Drupal-based website.

In order to complete the portal, we are looking for a developer (or a small business) with strong technical skills in Drupal, PHP, XML, APIs and HTML to complete our website.

The development of the website is already well-advanced. The remaining tasks include theming and integration of a few features. A document outlining the next steps will be provided. We estimate an amount of approximately 10 - 15 to complete the website.

The website will start operating after the technical deliveries and our online marketing program will start to attract members and generate traffic to be able to sell advertising on the pages.

We will provide the initial specifications document and another document outlining the remaining tasks to get an estimate of the costs. Once we agreed on the fees to be charged to us, we will sign an agreement that stipulates:

- There will be no upfront payment
- After launch of the the website, all revenues will go to the developer, we shall retain nothing until payments reach the DOUBLE of the fees agreed upon
- Once the developer has received the double of the agreed fees, our agreement ends
- The developer will be the only person with full access (admin, Paypal, cpanel...) so he/she can shut down the website (or even destroy it!) if we don't respect the agreement
