Xmpp_User is Missing?

Using Drupal 6x

I copied (below) from the plugin page. Am trying to install messaging on a new server. New db.

Depends on: Messaging (enabled), XMPP-Framework (enabled), Xmpp_user (missing)

I don't don't see XMPP_user anywhere on the D site. Is it bundled with XMPPFramwork? I down loaded *framwork and activated normally. Am I missing a step?
