accordion menu effect not showing up on all pages, when I am logged in as user 1 everything works greate but when I not logged in. The menu display as a normal

    . Please help me.

I see that the ui.core.min.js and ui.accordion.min.js is just loaded on the one page.

have you test it on standard theme such as garland? if it works, maybe it is your theme issue.
