This looks like it would be fixed as discussed in http://drupal.org/node/455722.

I need drush to work, please fix asap and release an rc.

This is a duplicate of #455722: use of t() in coder.drush.inc line 10 should be replaced with dt(), as you pointed out, and any follow-up discussion can be posted there.
