Notify users on granting them access?

Hello,

First and foremost, many thanks for this module, which I find most useful.

Through working on one specific project, one question has come to my attention: is it possible to set up tac_lite to work with a notification system, thereby allowing the administrator to easily notify all users concerned that they have been granted access to a given vocabulary type?

I have not found a notification system that seems to mention this possibility, hence my question to you.
