Description
Is there any way to control which options appear in the sign-up block? (e.g. not require name, remove unsubscribe checkbox, etc.) I see that a patch was created for the 5.x-2.1 version (http://drupal.org/node/415844) and am wondering whether this will be integrated into the 6.x-2.3 version.
Thanks very much.

I MADE A DUPLICATE ISSUE FOR THIS FEATURE REQUEST, CAUSE I'M DUMB. PLEASE USE THIS ONE.
Just noticed a 3.x version of this module. Not sure if these options are planned or are already present in that one. But here goes anyways...
Added two block options: one to hide the unsubscribe button and one to hide the name field if it's not needed.
Also played around with leaving the name field present, but removing the required setting. Didn't need it for my current client, but willing to roll a new patch if anyone else needs it.

I've created a form_alter function for this purpose but an admin way is a cool stuff.

I'm actually wondering what people's needs are in this area at the moment. I haven't made any updates lately, and I'm going over this now before I finally do a release of the 6.x-3.x branch.
I've actually removed the Unsubscribe link all together as I have added custom fields and it was really messing it up. Do people need this at all? Do you want an unsubscribe form?
With the name field, if I just make it not required, is that good enough? Or do people want to be able to toggle the required on and off?

Added into 6.x-2.4
