Not all the nodes of a given term are displayed

When selecting "order nodes" for a given term, I don't see all the nodes associated to that term (only few) to be sorted.

Could you give some more information? Are it consistently the same nodes, or does it vary? What settings do you use? How do you access the node ordering page?

I was having a similar issue just now, turned out that the nodes I couldn't see weren't marked as published...
