Issue Summary
What function(s) would I modify to generate a taxonomy/term/n/all url rather than the current taxonomy/term/n url when clicking on a term listed in an alpha index?

Marking this as a duplicate of #578104: New option to recurse when showing terms because we have a working patch there already.
