Hi there! I created a vocabulary index with an alphabetical view, that should display all the terms (around 30 in my example). When I enter this page I get an overview of terms and links to several letters. Which terms can we expect in the start page, without having clicked on one of the alphabetical letters that are displayed. This overview is confusing.

In any way, in my start screen I see some of the terms that come back when I click a letter. So the letters work as 'filters'. Still, which terms should be listed in my start screen? I should expect all the terms in the voc then?

Your help is appreciated ! Cool module by the way, very usefull!

What exactly do you want to know? The answer to the question you asked can be found by simply taking a look at the page itself.

And again, don't create bug reports if you're not reporting a bug.

It looked like a bug to me, so ... If I look at the alphabetical view, then I can not make a conclusion I guess, that's why I point myself to Drupal.org.

The start screen is confusing.

- It does not contain only the Parent / chield terms

- It does not contain for every term start-letter one term

- It does not contain all the terms

- It does not contain only terms with a big/small letter

I really don't understand what to expect of the list of terms I see in the start screen. Sorry for that man.

What you see is what you get. I don't understand what it is you want, but it seems like 1) you haven't even tried yet or 2) you want something that's not (yet) part of the basic feature set. If you have any more concrete questions or requests, please create a new issue (one for every question/bug).

Listen. The thing is that I don't understand what I can expect in the start screen - withouth having clicked on one of the 'letter filters'. And believe me, I've been working with this module long time enough now. How can you suppose: "but it seems like 1) you haven't even tried yet or" ?

So, no bug report, no feature request, only support request: "Which terms are listed in the start screen of an alphabetical view?"

Vocabulary Index gets all terms and collects their first letters. It then finds the first letter from the entire group (which is the letter that appears first in the alphabet) and then displays the terms for that letter, as you can see in the pager, where the active letter will be bold by default.
