You can make me the maintainer or just declare it abandoned. Actually, the simplest thing would probably be to link to our replacement module http://drupal.org/project/delete_orphaned_terms which got two active maintainers, more features and is more popular. Anyway, there should not any modules that do the same thing.

I changed ownership as requested. Please change the maintenance and the development statuses as necessary. I had to enter a value to save the project node.
