Ok i have tried this out on three separate occasions. I created a simple DDB, one that only displays pictures, nothing that complicated. i followed the instructions and everything, placing the block in 3 separate locations (right and left sidebar and the content block). Well the the DDB never actually appears, no matter what i do. the only time it appears is when i go back into the module and delete it. then it decides to show up. The DDB stays around for a while, maybe like 5 page changes or something and won't go away earlier if i clear my cached data...

Duplicate of Dynamic Display Block doens't appear at all.
Please have a look at this issue and the questions I asked to other users and give as much information as you can to help me solve this issue.

Please post further in the other issue.
