Tried installing the latest cvs version (04/04/06) into a new install of 4.7 rc1 but when I tried to access administration>taxonomy defaults I got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: node_list() in c:\program files\apache group\apache\mydocs\drupal-4.7.0-rc1\modules\taxonomy_defaults\taxonomy_defaults.module on line 55

Is there a dependency I have not activated or is this a bug?

It's not an error - it's just that this module isn't updated for Drupal version 4.7
