I get this error when trying to access the IMCE admin to configure it

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home1/everlat0/public_html/poeticprodigies/sites/all/modules/imce/inc/admin.inc on line 611

Please read how to report bugs effectively?
Was IMCE installed with any error messages?
Did you delete any variables from the DB lately?
