How do I generate a list (or View) of unsubscribed users?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to make a list of users that are subscribed to a certain newsletter and a list of users who have unsubscribed from a newsletter. I noticed I can see this when I go to Content Management > Newsletters > List then click on a user's name. Basically I would like to filter the inverse of what is available on this screen. Instead of filtering by "subscribed" I would like to filter by "Not Subscribed".

I tried to see if I could create a page for this using Views. But, I didn't see any User info for newsletter subscription.

Is this possible?
