I'm using Conditional Fields 1.0-beta2 on Drupal 6.13. I found the interface of Conditional Fields in field editing form does not appear.
1. I'm using CCK 6.x-2.5.
2. Checkboxs/Radio Buttons, Single On/Off Checkboxs with allowed values set all don't work.
3. It's not cache problem.
4. No other contributed modules are enabled.
I read another similiar question but I cannot understand what he means.
