When a not suscribed mail is sent (by anonymous user) to be removed a message is sent to the mail. Are there same way for not sending this mail and just write a message in the web browers?

The same happens when somebody send a suscribed mail. Simplenews send a new message to confirm the suscription. These mail should warn that these mail is still suscribed and not to ask for a click to confirm.

This functionality is available in more recent branches. Will not be backported to 4.6.x-1.x branch.
