When importing a quiz with special chars previously I conver the special chars to HTML entities (I think thats the way to go...). Then the import process works ok and the quiz can be take and works, but when triyng to edit or view the questions in the quiz the html entities are showing, instead of the html representation. Is not so important but a little bit anoying.

That input filter editor are you using? If the field contains HTML and you don't have an input filter set up to edit it as HTML, then it will just put the raw HTML into the text box. Are you seeing a WYSIWYG editor but it contains entity code? Or are you seeing a plain text box with raw HTML in it?
