To date does not display as user 1

Issue

When setting up a content type with the date CCK field you do not see the to date when displaying the node if you are signed in as User 1.
However this only happends when the to date is within the same day as the from date...

If the to date is on the next day or any other day in the future the to date is displayed for user 1.

This can be very confusing when setting up a site and it can quickly cost an extra hour trying to reconfigure the content type, and searching for errors.
