The supporting text for
Support ticketing system => Settings => Globally allowed domains
and
Support ticketing system => Clients => => Valid email domains
says that a blank field will allow emails to be accepted from all domains.

On my system (Drupal 6.13) this does not function as stated.

When I did put a "*" in "Globally allowed domains", the ticketing system stopped discarding emails without creating tickets.
