Module to update modules

hello,
Is there a module to update the installed modules.
I am looking for something similar to what we have in wordpress. We simply click on autoupdate and the module files get updated.

There is no such module available in Drupal.you have to download the updated version of the module,then replace it.After this run the update.php.
