Here is my patch for the listed things.

SWFUpload support needs:
swfupload.js, swfupload.speed.js, swfupload.queue.js, swfupload.cookies.js and an upload picture (upload.png) under moduledir/swfupload.
There is also a supporting .js attached that needs to be there.

Filename theming support was used to integrate flowplayer for flv and in-browser pdf viewing in my case I will share that code too.

The redirection fix is just a little convenience.

I hope somebody will find this patch useful.

Nice work ! But what the point of swfupload exactly (I don't no this component) ?
