Different shipping settings for different domains?

This is a feature I would really like to see, and would be happy to sponsor.

My client requires the ability to have two domains, with different products, and the ability to ship with slightly different settings for each. In this case, one is retail and one is wholesale (basically), and they want on UPS commercial and UPS residential. There are other settings, in fact, that should be different.

This might already be possible, in which case I would love to hear how! But if not, is there any possibility of adding this in?
