This allow using FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS). There are diff (to be ported and modified files (rename to ftp.backend.inc to be used)

I copied this http://drupal.org/files/issues/ftp.backend.inc_.test in ftp.backend.inc and didn't work after a cron restart and a flush all caches :-)

I am really bad at patches :-)
