All my settings for the "From Address" are set correctly. My site's contact form and other email functions like confirmation e-mail for a new user are working properly with my site's email at the "From Address".

But if i send a newsletter i'm getting (unknown sender) at gmail. At hotmail i'm getting a weird string like that

"From:"=?UTF-8?B?zpvOv86zzrnPg8+EzrnOus+MIM6zz4HOsc+GzrXOr86/IM6Rzr3OtM+Bzq3OsQ==?= =?UTF-8?B?z4IgzrrOsc65IM6dzq/Ous6/z4IgzprOuc67zrnOvM6sz4TOv8+CIC0gzprPiQ==?= =?UTF-8?B?z4I=?=""

I can't understand what it is going on.
I have also installed the Mimemail module.

Please help me.

Today i installed the simplenews on another drupal site but this site hasn't the last version but the previous and it is working. Both sites are on the same server.

Weird.. Maybe something went wrong with the upgrade process.

Could you please test with the latest version (6.x-2.0-alpha2) ? A lot has changed since the 1.3.

same problem here,
6.x-2.0-alpha3 + Mimemail + Non English site

due to this, gmail is marking the mail as spam.

@vinoth.3v You are absolutely right! I was putting the sender name in arabic and it was received as <Unknown sender>. Then I changed it to english name and it worked perfectly. Many thanks ..
