Prepend Subject With Sender's Name option doesn't work

I am using the latest 4.6.0 version posted on 4-11-2006 and the "Prepend Subject With Sender's Name" option doesn't work. In the previous version, the sender's email address would show up in place of their name, but now nothing shows up. Of course, there needs to be a "Name" field on the forward form so that both anonymous and authenticated users can enter their name.
