There are a few files left over from the old version. Lets try to remove them. These are the ones I have identified. Any reason why these shouldn't be removed? Are there more?

* Entire css folder
* js/views_slideshow.js
* views-slideshow-thumbnail-hover.tpl.php
* views-slideshow-single-frame.tpl.php
* views_slideshow.views_slideshow.inc

Also we can remove all the definitions at the top of views_slideshow.module
