The description in section four doesn't correlate correctly with the admin structure in 4.7.0

It says to associate a node type with the event system by going to admin/node/configure/types.
But that URL doesn't exist.

Further, poking around in a freshly installed system (4.7.0 rc3 plus event) I don't find any place
that allows configuring a node type to use with events. I've done this before on previous releases.

e.g. the most obvious is admin >> settings >> configure types and click on a type to configure. But nothing is shown there about associating it with the event system.

The 4.7 version is no longer supported. Please re-open if this still applies to a more recent version.
