- filling in some documentation gaps
- code style from coder recommendations
- showing/hiding the interest groups when a given newsletter is checked
- only attempt to subscribe when a newsletter is checked
- prevent sending goodbye notifications when unsubcribing
- replace existing set to true when subscribing
- hide unsubscribe messages on cron run
