glossify term disapears when Printer, e-mail and PDF versions module is enabled

Issue Summary

When both modules are used together, the result is the glossify term disappears from the $node->body although the href code is there. when looking in the page source, you'll see something like this:
<a href="/content/node/3"></a>

the actual term disappears from the text!

I cannot say if this is a Glossify module or Print module issue.
