Issue Summary

I am testing out the magento module and came up with this error when I attempted to synchronize at /admin/settings/magento_synchro.

Could not get state name because the remote site gave an error: Forbidden (403).

Can you tell me where this setting might be in the magento config?

This seems to be a common problem. It even occurs on the demo site.

Hi all, could you check on drupal side, in permissions that Anonymous user can access to Services ?

Hi there,
I have since moved to using Magento without Drupal, but to answer your question, that permission was not enabled. I enabled it and tried again with the same result.
