Problem with ! assigned_realname and ! assigned_username

Hello,

I have a problem with ! assigned_realname or ! assigned_username. When I use here is the result when I get the mail to create a ticket:

Author: name
Response to: <a href="/user/6" title="View user profile.">my.name</a>
Date: Thu, 2009-10-01 13:51
State: new -> active
Priority: normal -> high

I do not understand why I am "a href" that appears not only the username

Any idea?
