HS is no longer invoked when a taxonomy's terms are available for translation. This might be by design, but it is no sign posted on the vocabulary edit page.

I suspect this is related to this patch I committed the other day then: #341993: Hierarchical Select: use the special translation function provided by the i18n module.

Please revert that patch and let me know if that changes anything.

Also, you're sure you're correctly using the i18n modules? The new behaviour should be the correct one, whereas the old (before that patch got committed) was in fact wrong.

Wim,

On further testing, the following localisation options break HS

  • Localize terms

while HS works fine with

  • none
  • Per language terms
  • Set language to vocabulary

This was done using the 2009-Sep-30 version of 6.x-3.x-dev

I will try reverting the patch you mention and report back.
