4 different issues with multilingual test mails

Hi,

I have a few issues when using Simplenews with a multilingual install. I have a website with 3 languages. So far I think my newsletters are sent well, but there's a few issues with my test mails.

First of all, I send the mail with this info i send: http://dannyjoris.be/files/fora/simplenews1.jpg My title and body fields are all in one page using the in-place translation module: http://drupal.org/project/ipetranslation

Then the emails i receive have the following issues:

1 - The Title's aren't generated yet

2 - It sends a second Dutch version instead of the English version

3 - The email address for sender is a raw server address like : Server login name @ server ip . server info . extention

4 - There is no html generated yet, including the Unsubscribe link
