Description
I enabled Vocabulary Index at http://faqbay.com/tags but it displays only a tiny fraction of the site's taxonomy categories there. For example the pretty big taxonomy term http://faqbay.com/c/google-analytics isn't displayed in the Vocabulary Index under letter G. What may be the cause for this? I tried purging and turning off cache but to no avail.
Please help.

Could you follow these small steps to narrow down the problem?
1) Is the term you cannot find really a child of the vocabulary you created an index for?
2) If you use another kind of view, do you see this term then?
3) What if you not only disable the cache, but also clear it? This can be done at the same page.

Thanks for responding, here are my answers:
1) Yes.
2) Yes, I can see all terms in a customized View I created.
3) I did it a couple of times already, but with no success.

2) I meant a Vocabulary Index view, not a Views' view.
4) Enable/disable transliteration (depending on the current setting) and see if the term pop ups.
5) If none of this works, please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce this problem using the latest Drupal and Vocabulary Index dev releases.
